PRICING

Individual counselling:

$ 220 for 60 minutes or $ 300 for 90 minutes

Couples/Family counselling:

$220 for 60 minutes or $ 300 for 90 minutes

Home visits for individuals/couples/families (depending upon location)

$ 250 for 60 minutes

$ 300 for 90 minutes

Phone and video counselling, also known as telehealth is effective, confidential and convenient if you live in a rural or remote area, or it doesn’t suit you to visit a clinic in person. Sessions usually last 60 minutes; all you need is a computer, an internet connection and a private room.

Telehealth:

$ 200 for 60 minutes or $ 280 for 90 minutes

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, which allows for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. Please email a copy of your referral to email, or provide a copy of your MHTP at your initial session. Please note that Medicare and WorkCover do not cover cancellation fees.

Private Health Rebates

Jane's services may be covered by Private Health services however it depends on your level of cover and your Private Health service. Please check with your health fund to determine eligibility for private health rebates.

Discounted Rates

Discounted rates for packages of 3 or more sessions.

Consider these packages as sustainable change requires a commitment of time, energy and money. You will be required to complete tasks in between

First Responders

First responder’s counsellor of choice.
Utilising evidence-based empowerment therapies I can work with first responders which includes addressing the needs of couples/families/individuals around trauma. I possess vast experience working with PTSD from many years as a counsellor in immigration detention working to address underlining persistent symptoms. I would value the opportunity to help you retain and regain your life.

Cancellation Policy

• If more than 48 hours’ notice is given before the agreed appointment, a cancellation fee will not be charged.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given before the agreed appointment, 25% of the session fee may be charged.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given before the agreed appointment, 50% of the session fee may be charged.
• In the event of non-attendance without notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged.

Cancellation fees may be waived due to extenuating circumstances. Please note that Medicare and Work Cover Queensland do not cover cancellation

fees.
