Hi, I'm Jane Talty.
I’m Jane Talty, an Accredited Mental Health Counsellor and Social Worker passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges with empathy and understanding.
My approach is integrated and client-centered, drawing from techniques like EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I specialise in working with individuals facing trauma, addiction, grief, and personality disorders, as well as supporting couples and older adults navigating complex emotions and life transitions. I believe that healing begins with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and discover new ways to move forward.
My goal is to empower you to develop the tools you need to overcome obstacles, whether it’s anxiety, addiction, or relationship issues, and to live a more fulfilling, joyful life. I offer flexible session options, including telehealth, home visits, and in-person meetings, so we can connect in a way that suits you best.
